The stone is far away, in a field down the path, very well protected by by two runs of electric fence, lots of nettles, a ditch and a stream.

We tried to reach this standing stone before, on June 18th, 2013, without success. Mainly because it isn't where the map says it is.
The stone is some 600 metres away from the red dot on the map in a private field very well protected by two runs of electric fence and a ditch with a stream between them. Apparently there's no easy access to the field with the stone, but my stubbornness made me find a way in.
The stone is 1.50 metres tall, 1 metre wide and 33 centimetres thick at the base, ending up with a point to the tip, giving it the resemblance of a Gothic window or a shield stuck upside down in the ground. It leans to the east (90°) by 45°, it's halfway up and halfway down flat on the ground!
To reach the stone I got stung by the nettles and shocked by the fences, but I felt proud to finally get to it!
