The west-southwest side of the standing stone is plain.

This standing stone is set into the dry-stone wall of a cottage in the village of Menlough. It's 1.07 metres tall, about 20 centimetres wide and thick. The wall is 63 centimetres tall in the point where the cross is set into, thus giving a total height of 1.70 metres.
On its east-northeast (70°) face, at about half of its height, a Greek cross of 12 centimetres each side has been incised.
