The two stones in the field, seen from roughly the north.

We followed the instict and agreed to see if the red dot on the OS map was worth the effort, and it was.
They are two fantastic stones arranged in a row, 2.05 metres away from each other and aligned along the east-northeast to west-southwest (75°-255°) axis.
The taller one is 2.50 metres tall, 66 centimetres wide and 69 centimetres thick at the base, and stands at the southwest end of the row.
The other stone is slightly shorter, with a height of 2.26 metres, a width of 83 centimetres and a thickness of 29 centimetres at the base. This stone leans to the southwest by 7°.
