The south face of the cross. It has an incised cross at the intersection of the arms. The cross leans to the east by 6°.

This plain yet wonderful granite cross is tucked away in a forest park north of Courtown. There's a handy car park at the entrance of the park, and from here we walked west for 180 metres enchanted by the sounds of the trees and a strong smell of garlic. The cross is in a small clearing under the trees.
The cross is plain apart from a cross incised inside a circle on both sides of its head.
The granite cross is 2.12 metres tall, 45 centimetres wide at the base and 21 centimetres thick. Its arms open at 1.04 metres.
The circles that include the carved crosses have a diameter of 45 centimetres in width and 47 centimetres in height.
The granite cross faces south (175°), and leans a little towards northeast.
