The small crucifixion slab set in the wall behind the shrine.

On a gentle slope behind a pasture there's this elegant holy well dedicated to Our Lady's, feast day on August 15th.

The place has a wonderful and well kept shrine painted in white with light blue decorations. The shrine has a statue of Our Lady in it and is surrounded by a square enclosure with a gate in the west-northwest (285°) side. On the inner face of the east wall in the enclosure there's a small crucifixion set in it by John Quin, in 1814, in honour of Our Lady.
Down the gentle slope is a white structure with an altar, where the mass is held on the feast day.

Due to its location on a slope, this holy well reminded me of St. Moninna's holy well in county Armagh.
