The Tomb 26 seen from the southeast. The stones on this side have been displaced.

This tomb is outside the area of the main group of tombs near the visitors' centre and is in a private field beside the road.

I counted 37 stones set in an almost perfect circle with a diameter of 12.60 metres from east to west. The circle is on the top of an artificial flat mound which has a steep slope on the north side. Some of the stones have been displaced in the past, the boulder at southeast (125°) is clearly outside the circumference as to make an entrance for a later use of the enclosure.
At the centre of the circle there was a portal tomb which has been dismantled. During the excavations the archaeologists found bones, both burned and unburned, of humans and animals.

The Tomb 27 is about 75 metres to the southwest (255°) in the same field.
