The northeast side of the standing stone. From this point of view the stone tapers to a sharp point.

Ballymoney standing stone is in a private field, but the gate was wide open so I stepped in without asking.
The stone is broken at the base, a piece of it sprouts up from the ground, the rest of the standing stone leans dangerously by 39° to the southwest (250°), almost defeating the law of gravity.
The leaning stone is 2 metres tall, 80 centimetres wide and about 30 centimetres thick.
