It's hard to make out this monument. The single stones are scattered and hidden in the grass. The whole thing is very messy. This is seen from the west.


Next to St. John's church and the school in Ballymore Lower, just off the N56 there's this tomb in terrible conditions.
The grass was too high to make it out properly, what we saw here were some upright stones and a huge stone that might have been the capstone. This is 3 metres long and 1.70 metres wide. Its axis is perfectly aligned north-south.
Muckish mountain stands out at the horizon to the west.
