The wall where the stone with the sheela-na-gig is mounted and the Aghagower round tower in the background.

Finding this sheela-na-gig was a hard task. We knew it was near the St. Patrick's Vat, but we didn't know it was into the Vat. Furthermore, it is so small and weathered that it's difficult to make it out if the sunlight isn't at the proper angle.

The sheela-na-gig is carved on a stone slab set into the wall, it measures about 13.5 centimetres in height and width, and it faces west (275°).
The figure keeps her legs apart with her feet pointing outwards. Her hands rest on her hips. The head is big, with big eyes.
To make its features stand out I poured some water on it.
I think the best moment to see it is the early afternoon.
