The reverse side of the slab shows a single round hollow on its surface.

There's an old graveyard in the townland of Clonabreany. It seems that this spot was already sacred in pagan times, but in the 6th century St. Kevin christianised it.
In the northwest corner of this cemetery there's a fine stone slab fully decorated with at least 50 cupmarks on its southeast (150°) face. The other face of the slab has only one bigger round hollow in the centre. The size of this stone is 1.60 metres in length, about 1 metre in height and about 30 centimetres in thickness.
In the graveyard there are also the Clonabreany cross slabs.
