The axial stone seen from the centre of the circle. The red and yellow stick is 1 metre tall, for scale.

We saw this stone circle before, on May 16th, 2002, but of course we didn't take any measurement. It's a nice stone circle right outside the town of Castletownberehaven.
It's 50 metres north of the timber fence, it has a diameter of 7 metres, made of 10 upright stones and at least 5 fallen stones. The axial, or recumbent, stone is at the west end (280°) of the circle and is 1.30 metres tall. The two entrance stones are on the east side (100°) of the arrangement, they are 1.90 metres and 2.20 metres tall, with the taller being towards east.
In the centre of the circle someone has left some offerings.
