On the outer side of the east wall there are two small stone crosses set in the masonry. This the one on the left of the east window.

The wonderful Christian settlement of Toureen Peacaun is a place that seems to be in another world. It can be found at the end of a lane on the other side of a railway track. On the right-hand side of the lane a quiet stream flows gently with some ducks swimming in it. There's no sound but the wind here.
The church is in a complete ruin, but the atmosphere is perfect to forget all the worries of the day. We arrived here at the end of a wonderful hot and sunny day and the man at the farm next to the railway was very friendly.
Not far from the church, less than 10 metres east, there are some cross shafts mounted on an earth base.
