The holy well surrounded by a concrete wall.

This holy well is easily accessible. It's in the village of Old Leighlinbridge in a well-kept garden. We saw some squirrels while walking down the path from the car park to the holy well.
The well is protected by a concrete enclosure, that gives the place a too modern appearance in comparison to the rest of the place and detracts a lot from its holiness. Three steps above the well there's a plain stone cross.
There are some gifts to the saint from people who received a grace, but they're scattered around and exposed to the elements. In addition, somebody left behind more than an offering to the saint, in fact some litter could be seen on the ground at the time we visited it.
Not far from the well there's a rag-tree.
