The holy well is down there.

At the far end of a field north of the St. Flannan's cathedral in Kilfenora is the St. Fachnan's holy well.
The well was dedicated to the saint who spread the Christianity in this area.
It's surmounted by a stone house erected in 1687 by Donal McDonagh with the permission of the Bishop of Kilfenora. The house has an opening to the northeast (45°). The water of the well is rather cloudy.
