The tomb is well concealed in the hedgerow and almost invisible.

This portal tomb stands in a hedge along a local road just outside Coagh.
The capstone is a giant stone, very tall, not the usual flat or slightly rounded stone seen in other similar tombs.
The capstone alone is 1.75 metres tall and 1.32 metres wide as far as I could see, but it is possible that the width measure is wrong. It sits on smaller stones, but due to the thick vegetation it was impossible to take more measurements.
The tomb faces the road towards north-northwest (340°). On the other side, towards the field, a concrete C-shaped enclosure has been built around the tomb, probably with the intention to protect the monument, but the outcome is obscene, a horrible view indeed!
