The enclosure where the small chapel, the stone altar and the water well are.

I like the setting of this holy well. A 120 metres long concrete path departs towards east and leads to an enclosed area where there are a small chapel with a statue of St. Patrick, a small stone altar in front of it and a round pool of water accessed through a short stepped path that goes down towards north-northeast (20°). Set into the north wall of the enclosure there's a stone seat for those who want to stay here and meditate, pray or just relax. In the water of the well we saw some tadpoles.
According to the tradition, St. Patrick blessed this well during his journey from Tara to Magh Slecht.
